Upgrade Calculator, Star Force & Cubing

Cost-and-FD projections for one upgrade on your real build, plus standalone Star Force, Cubing, and Sol Erda calculators for raw targets.

Upgrade Calculator: one piece, your build

The Upgrade Calculator produces numbers for your build, so enter your gear and stats on Gear first.

The Upgrade Calculator on a 22★ hat: Star Force to 24★ with expected cost, FD gain, meso per 1% FD and the per-star planThe Upgrade Calculator on a 22★ hat: Star Force to 24★ with expected cost, FD gain, meso per 1% FD and the per-star plan

  1. Pick the Gear Slot (only slots with an item are listed), then an Upgrade Type button — Star Force, Potential, Flame, Scroll, or Bonus Pot — whichever is available for that item and world. Scroll and Bonus Pot are not offered on Heroic.
  2. Set the target. The item's current state is read from Gear and shown beside each target field, for example "Target Stars (current: 17★)", so you only choose where you want to end up.
  3. Read Expected cost beside Expected FD gain and Meso / 1% FD, with Power Score Impact under them. The gain depends on your stats — the same upgrade can be a buy on one piece and a skip on another. For cube upgrades, a Cube source choice (Cheapest, Buy cubes (NX), or Cube service) and a Cube sale event toggle preview prices without changing Settings.
  4. Where the calculator stops, the page says Can't calculate this target and names the fact it needs — fix that entry rather than reading the gap as zero.

For Star Force, Protection (15★–21★) offers the strategy presets, Mode 1 to 4, or Custom (per star). Save this plan for the item stores it as that item's own plan, which the Dashboard, Planner, and other calculators then follow (see Star Force protection plans).

Standalone Star Force calculator

The Star Force Calculator prices ordinary items and needs no saved build. Superior items and Zero weapons use different tables and belong on the build-aware Upgrade Calculator instead.

The Star Force calculator from 17★ to 22★ with a 10B spare: the cost tiles, and Protection plans showing the plan for your priceThe Star Force calculator from 17★ to 22★ with a 10B spare: the cost tiles, and Protection plans showing the plan for your price

  1. Enter Item level, Current stars, and Target stars, and set Item type to Regular or Badge.
  2. Set Replacement cost — the price of a spare — then choose Safeguard, Event, and MVP discount the way you would actually play. If you pick one of your own items in the tap practice and it has its own Star Force plan, Protection source lets you price it with This item's plan or switch to Manual; nothing saved changes.
  3. Read Expected booms, Star Force cost, and Replacement cost (expected booms times your spare price). The Cost summary toggle switches between Average and Median, which adds Median cost and a Bad run (P90).

Try several option combinations before committing mesos. Expectations describe the average run; an unlucky streak sits inside the spread, not outside it.

Standalone cubing calculator

The Cubing Calculator prices a stated cube target. A switch at the top right chooses Interactive or Heroic pricing.

The cubing calculator: the item, its starting tier and three target lines, with average cubes and meso for each cubeThe cubing calculator: the item, its starting tier and three target lines, with average cubes and meso for each cube

  1. Enter the Item level, Slot, and Starting tier.
  2. Choose the Target Legendary lines; line values follow the item level automatically.
  3. Under Pricing, enter your server's cube prices: on Interactive your Points per 100M meso market rate, on Heroic the meso price of the Glowing cube and Bright cube.
  4. The result shows Average cubes and Average meso, and a By cube type list that prices the supported cubes against each other.

A cube that cannot produce the target shows n/a, and a target that cannot be rolled shows a reason instead of a number — not a cheap price. Cube counts are long-run averages, not medians. Read the notes before interpreting any number: they say where the pricing applies.

Sol Erda calculator

The Sol Erda Calculator prices HEXA Matrix node levels.

The Sol Erda calculator: a row per HEXA node with its level range, and the Sol Erda Energy and Fragments it costsThe Sol Erda calculator: a row per HEXA node with its level range, and the Sol Erda Energy and Fragments it costs

  1. Pick the node type plus the current and target levels (0 to 30 per node).
  2. Press + Add node to combine ranges across any number of nodes; the tool totals Sol Erda Energy and Erda Fragments and shows a Per-node breakdown.
  3. Partial ranges work — enter 21 as current when the lower levels are done.

This tool prices the resource cost of node levels — not what a level is worth to your damage; HEXA Stat rolled levels belong to that problem's own optimizer. The listed resources cover the selected node-level ranges; changing a target changes the total.

Standalone cost vs build-aware value

Standalone calculators answer "what does a target cost" with no build attached. Build-aware tools — the Upgrade Calculator and the optimizers — answer "what is it worth to this character"; the same upgrade can be a buy on one build and a skip on another. Budget with the standalone pages, then judge value on your actual build before acting.

Already finished a run and want to grade how it went? That is the Luck Analyzer's job.
