Power score, Final Damage, and how your numbers add up

What power score estimates, how Final Damage (FD) and meso efficiency are read, and how to compare or test stat changes.

Power score

Power score is one estimated rating of your current build, produced from the stats and gear you have entered. It is this site's own estimate — not Nexon's Combat Power, and not a promise to match any other tool's number. The Dashboard's top card calls it Hexa score, and your roster cards call it Power.

The score reflects the build's current assumptions: your stat block, your HEXA or Erda Link nodes, and your rings. Change any of those and the score moves. A marker beside it, Add HEXA levels (or Add Erda levels), tells you it is counting only the board 6th Job granted until you enter yours. The breakdown — collapsed under Where your power score comes from on the Stat calculator — is the same build's numbers viewed piece by piece, so use the pieces to see why the score moved rather than as independent ratings.

When the score is paused

If an input the score needs is missing or unreadable, the Dashboard shows a dash and the reason instead of a number. Two examples: on Heroic, Enter your character level to score the Heroic passive, and a note that your saved HEXA progress cannot be used for the score yet. Fix the input it names on Gear or HEXA.

Upgrade recommendations keep working while the score is paused. Pages that price from the score, such as the Boss page, Compare, and the Upgrade Calculator, show the same reason instead of a figure.

Final Damage (FD) and meso efficiency

Across the dashboard and planner, upgrade value is expressed as estimated Final Damage (FD) gain: a "2%" row means an estimated 2% relative damage improvement over your current build. Meso cost sits beside it, and Meso / 1% FD — lower is cheaper — ranks the list.

Cube costs follow the summary you chose under Cube cost in Settings (Average, Median, Unlucky, or Very unlucky), so a figure may describe an average or a bad-luck budget rather than a closed cost for one session. Use FD deltas to compare "this upgrade versus that one", then verify in game.

HEXA's FD slice

The Matrix Progress tile on your HEXA page shows how far along your matrix is, including its Final Damage share of a maxed matrix. It reads only your current levels, not a universal maxed board, so an untouched matrix reads low, which is expected: the page says "Your power score reads no hexa invested — only Origin's auto-granted level 1." until you enter nodes (or choose I have max hexa if you really are maxed).

When you level a node, enter it and the figures update; the numbers you see when comparing characters are only as current as the levels each character has recorded. Sia and Erel Light use Erda Link instead of the matrix, and their Erda Link figures carry a Community data label.

Comparing scores safely

A useful comparison needs a matching context. To compare a score with a screenshot from MapleScouter or similar, match the class, server, current equipment, buff toggles, HEXA (or Erda Link) levels, rings, and the target boss PDR in Damage assumptions. Even with all of that matched, tools can still disagree — if you hit a reproducible difference, report it with the inputs that produce it.

Combat Power on each roster card is a label you type yourself; its tooltip says nothing on the site calculates with it. Fill it in or leave it blank as you like.

Which number to use when

Your questionWhere to look
What should I upgrade next?Dashboard for cost and estimated FD gain, then Planner for your chosen upgrades.
What would another stat line do?Stat Calculator for stat changes and marginal value on your current build.
Why did my score change?Check the entered stats, gear, rings, and HEXA breakdown.
Why is my score blank?Read the reason shown in place of the number (see above).
How fast am I leveling?Your progress for EXP and level history and the next-level projection.
Where do I record in-game Combat Power?Characters; the typed value is a reference label.

Use the tool that answers your question. EXP history does not track your Power Score, and a raw Combat Power value does not replace a complete build.
